RICHARD E. (DUGAN) BRADLEY
Richard E. Bradley, 86, retired Moberly businessman, died Wednesday at 1:10 a.m. in the home of his twin sister. He had been in failling health.
Mr. Bradley was born March 11, 1915, at Clark, a son of the late Richard and Edna Ethel Smith Bradley.
He owned and operated Dugan's Deluxe Cafe in Moberly for many years prior to becoming associated with the railroads, Wabash and later Norfolk and Western.
Mr. Bradley was a former member of the Moberly Junior Chamber of Commerce, the Odd Fellows Chapter No. 225 of Holliday, and NARVE. He was a member of Clark Christian Church.
He married Irene Brammer on June 26, 1946, at Moberly and she died in 1993. He was also preceded in death by brothers; Alva, Leslie, Lloyd, Leon and two infant brothers.
Surviving are three sisters, all of Moberly; Ethel Cobb, his twin, Elva leath, and her husband, Jim, and Juanita Carr, a foster son, Vincent Rostavich, Shelbina; nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
Services will be 1 p.m. saturday at Cater Funeral Home Chapel. Internment will be at chapel Grove Cemetery with Rev. Brian Wilson and Dr. William R. Watts, Baptist minister, officiating.
Memorials to the Clark Christian Church or Home Care of Mid Missouri Hospice would be appreciated.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday at Cater's.
