Funeral Services for Mrs. Ima Omeiga (Tivis) Page, 103, of Countyline is scheduled for 10:00 AM Thursday, July 28, 2011 at the Countyline Baptist Church with Larry Wortham and Rev. Bill Choate officiating. Burial will follow at the Duncan Municipal Cemetery of Duncan. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Funeral Home of Ratliff City.

Mrs. Ima Page was born July 31, 1907 just a few months before statehood at Tussy, Indian Territory to the late Mr. Joe William Tivis and Mrs. Mattie Josephine (Wheatherly) Tivis. She departed this life Tuesday morning July 26, 2011 at Duncan.

Mrs. Page was raised in this area attending school at Cool Branch. She was one of twelve children residing on a farm near Tussy. She was employed most of working years as a cook at several cafés and also done other household cleaning and washing for hire. Ima loved to stay busy always cooking and cleaning. She always tried to cook for anyone who visited her. She also enjoyed gardening and singing gospel hymns and was a member of the Pernell Church of Christ.

Preceding her in death is her Father Joe – October 4, 1948, Mother – Mattie – March 13, 1984, Son, Jimmy Max "Tinker" Page – December 20, 1981, and ten Siblings – Ida Mae, Eunice, Loyd, Lois, Curly, Bill, Lora, Trig, Naomi, and Pete.

Survivors include her Daughter, Betty Petty of Countyline; Sister, Susie Ritter of Marlow; Special Sister-in-law, Jessie Tivis of Ratliff City; Grandchildren Jackie Ponder and husband David, and Jaquita Page; Great Grandsons, Jason Ponder and Stetson Page. Numerous special nieces and nephews and other family and friends.

Casket Bearers will be Jason Ponder, David Ponder, Jerry Tivis, Derrell Tivis, Dale Tivis, and Chris Tivis.

Honorary Bearers will be Kenneth Tivis , Nub Sullivan, Steve Cogswell, Jerry Wilson and Jeff Tivis.

Family visitation will be Wednesday evening from 5 to 7pm at the funeral home in Ratliff City.
