Edlynn (Eddie) Scobee
YAKIMA - Edlynn (Eddie) Scobee, 90, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2007 at Willow Springs Care Facility. Edlynn was born to John and Margaret Miller in December 23, 1916 in Yale, Washington. Lived most of her young life in Coos Bay, Oregon area, where she graduated from high school. After graduation, she came to Easton, Washington meeting her to be husband Francis Scobee who worked on the Northern Pacific Railroad. Later having two boys. Oldest, Richard, youngest James. She is survived by James and wife Marty, adopted daughter June Scobee Rodgers. Numerous grand children, great grand children, nieces and nephews.

Edlynn is preceded in death by parents, four sisters and two brothers. One of the biggest losses was oldest son Dick being commander of Space Shuttle Challenger January 28, 1986 lost going in space.

At wishes of Edlynn, there will be no funeral services. Neptune Society will handle cremation.
