Lottie Elizabeth Marsh Woodward, 80, died Wednesday morning at her home. She was born on July 1, 1888, in Willard, the daughter of George Josiah and Sarah Elizabeth Woodland Marsh. She was raised and educated in Willard, Utah.

She married Jackson George Hewitt on March 5, 1908, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He died.

She married George Alfred Woodward on March 20, 1925, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. George died in 1944.

She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had worked in the Sunday School and Relief Society organizations. She was also a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers.

Surviving are seven sons and daughters, Mrs. Alvin K (Ruth) Warren, Sun City, Arizona; Mrs Floyd (Grace) Woodward, Promontory, Utah; George J Hewitt, Clearfield, Utah; Mrs Reta E Brewington, McDermitt, Nevada; Mrs Ronald (Velma) Madsen, Honeyville, Utah; Mrs Smith (Joyce) Ward, Salt Lake City, Utah; Mrs June Ada Dickey, Lawndale, California; two step-sons, Floyd S Woodward, Promontory, Utah and Russell Woodward, Sandy, Utah; also a foster daughter that she raised, Mrs Ernest (Doris) Ruggerio, Ogden, Utah; 22 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren; one brother, Clyde Marsh, Salt Lake City, Utah.

Burial was held in the Corinne Cemetery, Corinne, Utah.
