Eugene Joseph Plascak Sr. EUGENE JOSEPH PLASCAK SR., age 68, of Surfside Beach, SC., died Monday, Feb. 2, 2009 at Tidelands Hospice House in SC. Mr. Plascak was born in Cleveland, OH., a son of the late Andrew and Angela Plascak. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. Mr. Plascak was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Theresa Plascak; three sons, David Dziak (Mary), Daniel Dziak (Jessica) and Eugene Jr. (Michele); two daughters, Susan Press (James) and Sandra Kennedy (Mark); five brothers, Andrew, David, Joseph, Robert and John Plascak; and five grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 5, 2009 at St. Michaels Catholic Church with Father Ray Carlo officiating.
