Born Wednesday, August 16, 1933 in War, West Virginia, she was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Katherine Hampton, son, Mark Louis Quitta, sister, Pauline Stout, and 2 brothers, Cecil Hampton, and Robert Hampton.
Surviving are husband James Thomas Quitta of Winnfield, LA, son, Edward J. Quitta and wife Jennifer of Winnfield, LA, daughters, Teresa M. Quitta of Everett, WA, Angela Q. Collins and husband Thomas of Atlanta, LA, Andrea Q. Shelton and husband Brian of Natchitoches, LA and Veronica Q. Pray and husband Tyler of Winnfield, LA, 9 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 2 sisters, Lorraine Murphy, Maxine Fitzgerald, 3 brothers, Everret, J.R., and George Hampton
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 in the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church of Winnfield, with Father Christian officiating. Interment will follow in Garden Of Memories, in Winnfield, LA, under the direction of Southern Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM til 8:00 PM on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 in the Southern Funeral Home, beginning with a Rosary at 5:00.
