Mathew's brother is Granville Watson. In Granville Watson's Jan 1920 published Osborne County Farmer obituary... it states... Granville's brother (Mathew Watson) is living in Frankford Missouri.

Before his death Mathew is on the 1920 and 1930 Pike Missouri census'.
His brother Granville Watson was born in Miami County Ohio on 25 Jan 1849 and died on 25 Jan 1920. Granville married Emma C Reeves in Clinton Indiana. Granville moved to Kansas in 1877 and lived in Mitchell and Osborne Counties for 40-years before his death. Granville is considered as one of the oldest and best known Kansas Pioneer settlers.
