Betsey (Hackett) Worthing was the daughter of Walter Hackett. She was the 1st wife of Rev. Jonathan Worthing. They were married Binghamton, New York April 10, 1814. He was a minister in the New England Conference/Genesee Conference/Oneida Conference and Wyoming Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church.
