Mrs. Sarah Ann Taylor Ethridge, 96, widow of Robert John Ethridge, died Sunday at a Conway nursing home.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Piney Forest Cemetery, directed by Mayer Funeral Home.
Mrs. Ethridge was born in Florence County, Sept. 6, 1880, a daughter of the late George Taylor and Mrs. Senia Eaddy Taylor. She was a member of Piney Forest Baptist Church.
Surviving are: three sons, Walter B. Ethridge, James M. Ethridge, and Barney R. Ethridge, all of Andrews; two daughters, Mrs. Sid Ray and Mrs. George Benton, both of Andrews; a sister, Mrs. Bell T. Hayes of Florence; 21 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
