Dorothy Gertrude Anderson, 99, of Morgan Hill, CA and formerly of Sullivan County passed away Sunday, September 5, 2010 at her residence in Morgan Hill, CA. She was born May 7, 1911 to Virgil Apple and Mame Orr Apple. She was a retired supervisor for the General Electric Company. She was preceded in death by her husband Wade Anderson, her parents, one brother Rex Apple and two sisters Faye Apple and Margaret Brown.
Survivors include two sisters Mary Osman, Jefferson City, MO and Jane Coyle, Morgan Hill, CA and other relatives.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. E.S.T. Friday at the Palestine Cemetery, Palestine, IL with Rev. David Cox officiating.
