"MRS. ANNA KNEE CALLED BEYOND; HAD PARALYSIS
Mrs. Anna Dunbar Knee, 71 died at the home of her son, Howard Dunbar, 102 North Walnut street, at 10 o'clock Friday morning of a paralytic stroke.
Mrs. Dunbar, was born near Cincinnati, O., June 22, 1856. She married Elihu Dunbar in 1876, at Grafford, Ill.
She is survived by six sons, Howard and Harrison of Danville; Gordon and Harley, of California; Lars of St. Paul, Minn. and Homer, of Florida. One son, Dwight, preceded her in death.
She was married in 1914 to 'Grandpa' Knee, of Vermilion Heights, who died in 1917.
The deceased had been actively engaged, in Salvation Army work until the time of her stroke. She was a member of the Christian church.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday at the Salvation Army Home. The body is now at the United Undertakers."
