His wife Francis (61815454) passed in 10 May 1901, at the age of 39.
In 1903 Eli married Laura Jane Felger Magner (76693741), she had been married 4 or 5 times. She was previously married once before Eli and married twice again after Eli passed.
Eli and Laura had two children together:
Helen L Blosser Lieber (1904-1977)
Esther M. Blosser Hoffacker (1906-1980)
Eli moved to Sacramento, California with his family, and committed suicided on 5 March 1909 at the age of 53. Elie was buried at the Sacramento County Hospital Burial Grounds which no longer exists.
