Born in Fleming County, KY, on January 7, 1843. She married LEVI H. MYERS on January 10, 1865. They had 6 children: Lyda Belle Gerald, W.H. Myers, J. W. Myers, Dr. G.T. Myers, L.A. Myers, and a daughter who died in infancy. She came to Missouri with her husband and family in 1870, taking up residence on a farm near Quincy, MO. In March 1876, they moved to a farm near the Union school house in Benton County, and in 1879 located on a farm near Shiloh (also in Benton County) where she lived at the time of her death. She and her husband, Levi, were Charter Members of the Hopewell Baptist Church in Benton County, in which cemetery they are interred.
