Mrs. Elizabeth M. Magill, 77, formerly of Springfield, died Monday at the Parks Nursing Home in Auburn. Mrs. Magill was born in Charleston the daughter of William C. and Lucy McDougall McDougle. Mrs. Magill attended Eastern Illinois State Normal School at Charleston and Millikin University at Decatur. She had been a resident of Springfield for the past 38 years.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. JoAnn Liechty of Richland, Wash., and Mrs. Jean L. Gunderson of Buffalo Grove; two sons, Robert M. of Springfield and John J. of New Bedford, Mass.; and four sister,s Mrs. Ella Walker and Mrs. Della Smith of Champaign, Mrs. Mae Furry of Denver, Colo., and Mrs. Ethel Foster of San Diego, Calif.
Services held at Staab Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
