Leo was born in Nodaway County Mo., on February 8, 1894 he was the son of Annabell
(Castle) and Jeremiah ( Jerry)Hager, on July 14,1918 Leo enlisted in the U.S. Army. and
was dischraged on April 26,1919 and on May 14, 1919 Leo married Minnie Mable Bearden,
Leo was a carpentery, and they lived in and around the Springfield Missouri area,
He was the Father of four children, two infants buried in Greenlawn Cemetery and a son
Robert Lee, and a daughter Beverly Sue . After the death of Minnie Leo married
Marie L. Vanmeter, Leo died March 5, 1959and is buried at National Cemetery in
Springfield Mo. location section 29, grave 22.
Leo and Minnie's daughter Beverly Sue (Hager) Riley died February 2nd 2008 and she was cremated.
