Comrade Bale Dead
Died, Saturday at five o'clock, at the late home in north El Dorado, comrade S.A.J. Bale who has been ill for a year or more. He leaves a wife and ten children, two of whom are soldiers in Manila and a third one is enroute home from there. The funeral services were held under the auspices of the G.A.R. Rev. Stull assisting and the remains were taken to the west cemetery for burial.
