"Will" Fox married Nellie Head on 15 Nov. 1905 in Tunnel Hill, Whitfield Co., GA. They moved to Chattanooga, TN. Will went into the wholesale grocery business with his brother. Will was a lifetime deacon at the First Baptist Church. He was a 32nd degree Mason and a life member of the Alhambra Shrine.

Will and his wife raised a family of 3 children and resided in Chattanooga for the rest of their lives.
