Glen Allen Baker was born at Elgin, Nebraska on April 21, 1896. Before coming to Douglas he had been a resident of Alliance, Nebraska. He was a World War veteran.
On February 19, 1920, he was married to Miss Clara Belle Miller. Three daughters were born to this union, Betty, Mildred and Eila, all of whom survive him. Surviving also are his widow; his mother, Mrs. Fannie Miskimen of Alliance, Neb.; two brothers, W. H. Baker of McMinnville, Ore.; and O. W. Baker of Casper; two sisters, Mrs. Jesse Fink of Douglas and Mrs. William Warnke of Ericson, Neb., and two half-brothers, Leslie Miskimen of Douglas and Elmo Miskimen of Alliance.
