West Stockholm: Mrs. Elizabeth Strait passed away at the home of her niece, Mrs. Yale, of Norwood, September 28 aged 84 years. Mrs. Strait was the mother of Brooks Strait, of this place, and has always resided here only as she visited her niece every summer. She was a friend of everyone and her loss will be felt by many outside of the family. For seventy-two years she has been a member of the M. E. church and a great Christian worker. The funeral was held at the M. E. church in this place Saturday, September 30, Rev. H. W. Jago speaking words of comfort.
