Mrs. Virgil W. (Storer) Shoemaker; Services Scheduled Monday
Mrs. Anna K. Storer Shoemaker, 67, former resident of 199 High St., died at 4:10 this morning at Heathergreen Nursing Home.
The daughter of Peter and Barbara Kuntz Kuebler formerly of Wilmington, she was born in Ripley Jan. 12, 1903. On Feb. 21, 1922, she was married to John C. Storer who died March 21, 1963. Her second husband, Virgil W. Shoemaker, whom she married July 29, 1967, died April 3, 1969.
A member of St. Brigid Catholic Church, Mrs. Shoemaker is survived by her mother who resides in Dayton; three daughters, Mrs. Robert (Jean) Henderson, Mrs. Ralph (Barbara) King, and Mrs. Ernest (Helen) Muterspaw, all of Xenia; a son, Joseph Leo Storer of Bowersville; two sisters, Mrs. Earl (Florence) Finney and Mrs. Wilbur (Cleo) Ames, both of Dayton; 12 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Mrs. Earl (Edith) Mobley and Mrs. Harold (Helen) Garrison, and a brother Leo J. Kueler, all of Dayton.
Requeim Mass will be sung at St. Brigid Chirch Monday at 10:00 a.m. with the Rev. Anthony Andres as celebrant. Burial will be in the St. Brigid Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday 3-5, 7-9 p.m. at the Neeld Funersl Home, 106 W. Market St., where the rosary will be recited at 8:30 p.m.
