Sorry to report the death of Fred Miller, which occurred at a local hospital in Cuero on Saturday at 4:30. He was buried at Bellview cemetery at 4 o'clock Sunday. He leaves a wife, two daughters, Mrs. Troy Adams of Flores's and Miss Dovie Miller, two sons, Leonard Miller and F. N. Miller and a host of relatives and friends to mourn their loss. Deepest sympathy is extended to the bereaved family.

We are sad to report the death of Fred Miller, who was at one time a resident of Cheapside. For the past several years he resided in Gonzales, but had just moved back here when the grim reaper claimed him. He passed away at 4 p.m. Saturday in the Lutheran hospital at Cuero. He was stricken with appendicitis Tuesday. We people of Cheapside extend our sympathies to the bereaved family.
