Viola Godderz, 91, of Charles City, died Monday (May 7, 1990) at the Eleventh Street Chautauqua Guest Home, Charles City.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main, with the Rev. Delbert Dawes of Trinity United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Charles City.
Visitation is after 10 a.m. today and until time of services Thursday at the funeral home. Survivors include one son, Bill Godderz of Charles City ; one sister, Mrs. Theodore (Vivian) Cree, Mason City, and one brother, Herman Putney, Charles City.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter and three brothers.
