He had attended Oklahoma University (OU) School of Business & Administration. Funeral services 10 am Monday, Hahn-Cook, Street & Draper Chapel. Interment Rose Hill Cemetery. Survived by his wife, Mrs Verdun Barnard; daughter, Mrs Betty Watson, Tahlequah, OK; son, Tommy Barnard, Greenbelt, MD; sister, Mrs H. B. Wall Jr, Madison, GA; brothers, Amos A., Stillwater and Hubert E. Barnard, Wellston, OK.
