Jean Alexander Pendley, 80, of Griffin, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at her residence. Mrs. Pendley was born in McDonough on March 16, 1931 to the late Andrew Alexander and the late Sara Francis Selfridge Alexander. She was a homemaker and a member of the Oakland Baptist Church in McDonough.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Pendley. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Andy and Tricia Pendley of Griffin; grandchildren, Claire and Jonathan Kimbell of Griffin, Katy Pendley of Griffin.
Graveside service held July 8 in McDonough City Cemetery with Dr. Keith Wesley officiating. Conner-Westbury Funeral Home, Griffin, GA in charge of arrangements.
