The daughter of Jonathan & Catharine Grey, she married twice - to Edwin Howe Bingham (husband #1) in 1853 and they had three children together: Charles Frank (b-1854); Augusta R. (b-1863); and Mary Belle (b-1869). After his death, she was remarried to Joseph B. Cook (husband #2) and worked as a vest-maker in Binghamton, NY.
