"Margaret Naomi Myers married Archie Merritt Calloway, April 12, 1914. He was born April 13, 1886. They lived on a farm for awhile and then he barbered in Lebanon. He loved to play baseball and played on many of the local teams
" They moved to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in 1920, where he sold cars for a Ford and Chevrolet garage. Later they moved to Tulsa, where he worked at various jobs, among them being a salesman for the Memorial Park Cemetery and helper at the Guardian Funeral Home.
"Margaret worked in the altering department of Frougs Stores for several years, still being there when her health failed. She being alone after the death of her husband, December 19, 1964, wanted to come to Carpenter Manor in Smith Center. Coming there October 21, 1967, she died September 16, 1976. They are buried in the Cora Cemetery. She was cremated and interment was July 8, 1977.
"They had two children, Billie Winifred (Myers) born July 25, 1916, at Lebanon and Betty Chloris (Parker), born December 25, 1921, at Broken Arrow, Oklahoma." ....from Century at the Center 1887-1987..page 583
