Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4 at Harvey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dewayne Goodson officiating. Interment will be in Mount Vernon City Cemetery under the direction of Harvey Funeral Home.
Mrs. Sinclair was born May 7, 1921 in Sulphur Bluff, the daughter of Tom Carter and Savannah Howell. She was a longtime resident of Winfield and member of the Order of Eastern Star (Garden Oaks Chapter). Pallbearers will be Paul Davis, Travis DeLeon and Cody Sinclair.
She is survived by her children, Danny Sinclair and Suzanne Forrest and husband Jerry, all of New Braunfels; grandchildren, Sherrie Dillon, Amy White, James Dillon, Clayton Sinclair and Cody Sinclair and great-grandchildren, Trave and Maegan DeLeon, Savannah Tiner and William and Sarah White.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Henry, Homer, Grady, Lawrence and Jessie and sisters, Lilly Bradshaw, Golden Cooper and Ethel Fitzgerald.
