Edith Laub Hess, 18, of Fielding, Utah, died Friday at 3 a.m. in the Valley Hospital at Tremonton, following childbirth.
Mrs. Hess was born May 16, 1916, at Fielding, Utah, daughter of William R. and Mary Olsen Laub. She received her education at the Fielding and Bear River High Schools and was a member of the LDS Church.
She was married to Dean Hess, of Fielding, July 15, 1935.
She is survived by her husband, mother, father, infant baby, and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Audrey Hawkins, Los Angeles, California; Mrs. Wilma Clark, Rockland, Idaho; Mrs. Grace Price, Tremonton, Utah; June Clifford and Donald Laub, Fielding, Utah. She is also survived by her grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Ore Olsen, Ogden, Utah and William Laub, Fielding, Utah.
Interment will be in the Fielding Cemetery, Fielding, Utah.
