HARRIETTE JONES

Funeral services for Harriette Marie Jones, 73, of 822 Dewar Drive, Rock Springs, were conducted Wednesday morning at the Vase Funeral Home, the Rev. George Mackey of the Episcopal Church of the Holy Communion officiating. Burial was in the Mountain View section of the Rock Springs Municipal Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Bill Broseghini, Chris Gras, Louis Broseghini, Ray Aho, Henry Clements and James Forshaw.

Mrs. Jones died Sunday, Aug. 23, at Sweetwater County Memorial Hospital, where she had been a patient 10 days. She had been a resident of Rock Springs 27 years.

Born April 2, 1897, in Greeley, Colo., she was the daughter of the late Robert and Rosella Parker Foster. She was married to Herbert Manton Jones in Montana in 1942. Mr. Jones died Aug. 26, 1969.

Mrs. Jones attended schools in Greeley, Colo., and was graduated from Greeley High School.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Darrell (Rosabelle) Westrick of Sheridan; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Waite, Greeley, Colo., and Mrs. Fred (Elsie Ann) Kroeger of Port Townsend, Wash.; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
