Mrs. Phoebe S. McKinney, 87, who came here in 1958 from Davenport, Iowa, and was a member of the Church of St. Agnes, died Monday in the Phoenix Nursing and Convalescent Center. Mrs. McKinney, 2916 N. Seventh Ave., was born in Iowa. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Thelma Jane Welch of Phoenix; a son, Seth of Pompano Beach Fla.; a sister and two brothers out of state; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Catholic services and burial will be in Davenport, Northwest Mortuary announced.
