Charles H. Lantz died at his home, 184 E. Main street, Westminster, this morning, September 9, 1938, at 12:05 o'clock. He was a son of the late Theodore and Hannah M. Sellman Lantz, and was aged 72 years. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Catherine Zincon Lantz; two sons, Charles Edward, of Baltimore and Norman A. Lantz of Wormleysburg, Pa.; two daughters, Miss Eva A. Lantz, at home and Mrs. Catherine Sinnott, this city; one brother, Clarence Lantz, Warfieldsburg, and several grandchildren. Mr. Lantz was a well known meat cutter, and for a number of years was in the employ of William F. Myers' Sons.
