WINNEBAGO, NEB
William H. Fiscus, 73, rural Winnebago, died Thursday at Wakefield Hospital. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Assembly of God Church at Walthill. The Rev. John Bellar will officiate. Burial will be in the Decatur Cemetery, at Decatur.
Mr. Fiscus was born Oct 18, 1905 near Macy, Nebraska.
He married Helen Campbell on Jan 9, 1925 in Sioux City. They lived in the Sioux City area until 1928, when they moved to Macy. In 1932, they moved to the Winnebago area, where they farmed. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include the widow; five sons: William Jr. of Fremont, NE, Donald of Winnebago, Dale of De Witt, NE, Bob of South Sioux City, and Charles of Allen; two daughters: Mrs. Larry (Beverly) Nelson of Ponca, and Mrs. Gene (Lois) Guern of Hutchinson, KS; three sisters: Mrs. Clyde (Alta) Buck of Ogden, UT, Mrs. Tony (May) Johnson of Killen, TX, and Mrs. Myrtle Buck of Phoenix, AZ; 26 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
