BERKENBILE Norman A. Berkenbile, 92, was called home to be with our Lord on April 8, 2006. He was born in Helena, Montana on March 11, 1914. Norman came to Oklahoma as a small child, and resided in the Oklahoma City area for the majority of his life. Norman was known throughout his life for his strong Christian faith, his love for his family, as being a master of carpentry and his love for bowling. Norman married Lylas Pease on December 23, 1939, and from this marriage came three children. Norman was preceded in death by his mother and father, two brothers, one sister, one sister-in-law and one grandson, Jason. Norman is survived by his wife of 66 years, Lylas, one daughter Nancy and husband, Bill Stone; son Charles and wife Amy, son Robert and wife Agnes, 9 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, one sister Ledell Pickett, and a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be held at Wilmont Place Baptist Church, 6440 S. Santa Fe, Tuesday April, 11 2006 at 2:00 p.m.
