Peninsula Resident Says Vows

The garden of the Sunnyvale home of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Rossi was the setting yesterday afternoon for the reception which followed the marriage ofher siter, Sheri Sue Martino and Arnold Moody, Jr.

The couple was married at 2:30 p.m. at Trinity Presbyterian Church in San Carolos before the Rev. Arthur Brett. The Rossis served as their attendants. After honeymooning in Hawaii, they will make their first home in Belmont.

Sheri is the daughter of Mrs. Lorraine Christensen of Burlingame and Phillip Martino of San Mateo. She was graduated from Mills High School and the College of San Mateo and is now employed in Burlingame.

The benedict is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Mooney, Sr. of Hawaii and the brother of Margaret Perriera, Dorothy Akaka and Nathan and Warren Moody. Waipahu High School in Hawaii is his alma mater.

SHERYLE SUE MOODY
A memorial service will be held Thursday for Sheryle Sue Moody, 42, who died April 9 in CareWest Burlingame Nursing & Rehabilitation Center after an illness.

The San Francisco native, a Sunnyvale resident who had been employed for 10 years as a legal secretary, was the daughter of Lorraine Christensen of Burlingame and Phillip Martino of Penny Valley in Nevada County, and granddaughter of Ida Meyer of Burlingame.

Thursday's rites are scheduled for 2 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 1500 Easton Drive, Burlingame. The family suggests contributions to American Cancer Society or Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children in San Francisco.
