Kenneth E. Bollinger
Kenneth E. Bollinger, 69, of New Tripoli, died Saturday in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Barbara (Bleiler) Bollinger for 33 years in June.
Born in Pine Grove, PA, he was a son of the late Willard and Elsie (Cresswell) Bollinger.
He was a tool and dye maker for 33 years, employed by the former General Electric Co. and the former Black & Decker Co., both of Allentown, retiring in 1986. He then owned Bollinger Machine and Tool Shop in New Tripoli for 10 years. He was a Justice of the Peace in Weisenberg Township from 1964 to 1970.
He was a member of St. Peter's U.C.C. in New Tripoli. He was a past president of the Ontelaunee Lions Club and past vice-president and volunteer of the New Tripoli Fire Co. He was an avid outdoorsman.
Survivors: Wife; son, Timo-thy A. and wife Donna of Emmaus; daughters, Wendy J., wife of Edward Bond of New Tripoli and Kellie L., wife of Ernest Eschbach of Salisbury Township; brothers, David and wife Barbara of Naples, FL and Robert and wife Lucille in New Hampshire; sister, Gladys, wife of Harry Hillkert of Clearwater, FL; 5 grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, St. Peter's U.C.C. 5129 Schochary Rd., Lynnville with the Rev. Carol Ivey officiating. Call 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Arrangements by Keller Funeral Home, New Tripoli.
