Mrs. Lettie Waters, 71 years old, mother of Miss Winifred Waters, a teacher at Arsenal Technical High School, died last night in Methodist Hospital. Mrs. Waters came to Indianapolis three years ago from Lincoln, Neb., and had made her home here with her daughter since. Survivors, besides Miss Waters, are two sons, James A. Waters of Dallas, Tex., and W. H. Waters of Scotia, Neb.; two daughters, Mrs. W. C. Grimes of California, Pa., and Mrs. E. C. Tullis of Beaumont, Tex.; a brother Dr. W. A. Alton of San Diego, Cal., and a sister, Mrs. L. A. Tyson of Elmwood. Funeral services and burial will be held Wednesday in Lincoln.
