LT CMDR HEISKELL B KELLEY (USN ret.).: Services will be at 10 am today at Mayflower (Ark.) United Methodist Church with graveside services at 3 pm in Forest Hill Cemetery Midtown in Memphis. McNutt Funeral Home of Conway Ark. has charge.

Mr. Kelley, 75, a retired attorney for the general counsel's office of the US Deportment of Agriculture in Little Rock and former Memphian, died Sunday at St Vincent's Infirmary in Little Rock. He was a World War II veteran, a member of the executive board of the National Society of Arts and Letters and the son of the late Memphis Juvenile Court Judge Camille Kelley He leaves his wife Mrs. Roma Lee Braswell Kelley
