Goldie was first married to Robert Milford Boon, son of William Hugh Seward Boon and Louise J. Reynolds Boon, who themselves had been married August 1, 1884 in Jackson County, Missouri.

Goldie and Robert were married about 1909. They were enumerated twice in the 1910 Census, first living with his folks with their baby Mae in April, and then having their own place in May. William Robert was born by that December.

Goldie and Robert were the parents of Mae Louise, William Robert "Bill", and Ethel June (Mrs. Walter C Kuhu).

Robert registered for the WWI Draft on September 12, 1918. They were living in rural Calhoun Twp, Florence, Douglas County, Nebraska. He was working as a heating and refrigeration insulation installer. He died October 21 of that year.

Goldie married Orville D. Huffman in Nebraska. They migrated to Wadsworth, Kansas in the mid 1930's for work with other family members, but soon migrated back to Nebraska. He died in 1947.

Goldie married John Rufus Trowbridge.
