Alice Ethel Halvorson
FORSYTH, MT. - --- Alice Ethelyn Halvorson, 49, died Saturday at a Forsyth hospital.
She was born Oct. 15, 1916. in Grace City, N.D., a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. Fread.
She grew up in Glenfield and was married to Alvin W. Halvorson on June 21. 1941, at Hardin, MT., before moving to rural Forsyth where she resided since.
Survivors include the widower; two sons, Patrick and Michael of Forsyth, MT.; three brothers, Charles Fread of Seattle, WA., Lester Fread of St. Paul. MN., and James Fread of Farmington, MN., two sisters, Mrs. B. A. Kurtz of New Rockford, N.D., and Mrs. George Bryn of Devils Lake, N.D., and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Beales Mortuary, with Rev. Leo Tormoehlen Concordia Lutheran Church officiating.
Burial will be in Forsyth Cemetery, Forsyth, MT.
