"C. Frank Skinner passed away Wednesday. Nov. 18 1981 in Houston, TX. He was a longtime resident of Houston and formerly lived in Dallas. He was retired from the Tellepsen Construction Company of Houston, as an engineer. He was a member of the St. Paul's United Methodist church, and also a member of the St. Paul's Men's Bible Class. He was also a member of the AC Garrett Masonic Lodge No. 1216 A. F. & A.M. Survived by wife, Mrs. Frances J. Skinner, of Houston. Masonic graveside service 3 p.m. Friday, Section E, Restland Memorial Park, under the direction of the A.C. Garrett Masonic Lodge No. 1216 A.F. & A.M."
