He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Ronette (Daigle) Coulombe of Daigle; three daughters, Brenda Coulombe of Connecticut, Ronda and hus-band, Dr. John Nadeau, of Arizona, and Sharon and husband, Karl Reed, of North Carolina; two sons, Steve and his wife, Jackie, of New York, and Kevin currently serving in Iraq; five grandchildren, Jacob Coulombe and Amber Priolo, both of New York, Travis and Julia Nadeau of Pennsylvania, and Matthew Coulombe currently serving in Afghanistan; two great-grand-children, Stella Rose and Gavin Phillip; one brother, Clayton Coulombe and his wife, Bobbie, of Daigle; three sisters, Rena Mae Rioux of Connecticut, Claudette Levesque and husband, Phil, of Connecticut, and Henrietta Montagna and husband, Ray, of Connecticut; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one brother, Raymond Coulombe; two sisters, Laurina Albert and Judy Coulombe.
Allen was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and a member of American Legion Martin-Klein Post No.0133 of Fort Kent and Disabled American Veterans. He worked many years for Great Northern Paper Co., Millinocket. He was a registered Maine guide.
Committal services with full military honors will be after at Holy Family Cemetery, Daigle.
