PAUL WAS SENIOR CLASS PRESIDENT,MILLINGTON H.S. CLASS OF 1927.He worked in the auto industry in FLINT & DETROIT until he was drafted into the ARMY in 1942.He was a SSGT.CO. C,1ST BATTALION,313TH INF. REG.,79TH INF DIV..He was wounded on Sept 22 in Luneville FRANCE & died of his wounds on Sept 24. He was awarded the PURPLE HEART. He was buried in the U.S. MILITARY CEMETERY in ANDILLY FRANCE on Oct 11 1944.In 1948 his remains were brought home TO MILLINGTON for buriel with full military service. AGE 34Y 11M 22D.
