YANCEY, Joseph L. Jr. -- Passed away on April 5, 2003. He is survived by his wife, Mary F. Yancey, sisters Hannah Williams and Martha Collins of Boaz, AL, brothers Edward Yancy of Ft. Myers, FL and Mark Yancy of Southside, AL, children Toni Morris, Teri Ortiz, Tina Illa and Nick Harvey, grandchildren Timothy Morris, Angel Ortiz and Russell Ortiz and numerous nieces and nephews. He was a veteran of the US Army for 22 years and employed by Unisys Corp., for 19 years before retiring. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2003 at Veterans Administration Chapel at 3801 Miranda Avenue, Building 101, Palo Alto, CA.
