DENNIS TREMEL ROBINSON, 79, a retired ferry captain, died Oct. 10, 1990. Mr. Robinson, was born Jan 1, 1911, the son of Marvin Monroe Robinson and Minnie Laura Ballance Robinson [Austin]. He was a native of Hatteras, had retired from the North Carolina Department of Transportation. He was also a commercial fisherman. He attended the Frisco Assembly of God Church. Survivors include his wife, Eliza Austin Robinson; a daughter, Vivian Leigh Gray of Buxton; two sons, Sam Robinson of Frisco and Lyle A. Robinson of Hatteras; two sisters, Julia Tandy of Frisco and Nettie Gibson of Hatteras.
