William Randall Bailey passed away on March 13, 2003 in Houston, Texas. Born in Arlington, Texas on August 25, 1982. William was a graduate of Lee High School and a student at the University of Houston. He was working toward a career in medicine. His lifelong desire was to be a neurosurgeon. He was a member of Tallowood Baptist Church in Houston.
Survivors include his father and mother, Marlin and Peggy Bailey; brother, Dee Bailey; sister, Marla Lutes; grandmother, May Poole; nephew, GT Lutes III.
William was caring and bright with a quick wit and an infectious smile. He will be missed by a myriad of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation is Sunday, March 16th, between 6 and 8 PM at Earthman Funeral Home at 12555 S. Kirkwood in Stafford, Texas. Memorial service on Monday, March 17th, at 2 PM at Tallowood Baptist Church at 555 Tallowood in Houston. Graveside service and burial at Moore Memorial Gardens Tuesday, March 18th, at 2 PM in Arlington, Texas.
