Lola Campbell, 78, of Stanley died on Sunday, Nov. 18, 2007 in Stanley.

She was born on May 12, 1929, in War, W.VA and was a daughter of the late Edward and Lovie James Anderson.

She had resided in Carroll County for more than 30 years and worked for Westminister Shoe Factory for 15 years.
She moved to Virginia in 1973.

On March 4, 1948, she married Arthur Edward 'Buss' Campbell, who died Sept. 5, 2000.

She is survived by two sons, E. Keith Campbell of Stanley and Arthur E. Campbell Jr. of Servern, Md.; four daughters, Doris J. Bayles of Charleston, W.Va., Connie S. Blank of Westminister, Md., Patricia A. Campbell of Stanley and Janet L. Torres of Hanover, Pa.; a sister. Gladys Merrieth of Finksburg, Md.; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by four brothers, Jack, Ted, Tommy and Edward Anderson Jr.; and two sisters, Peggy A. Mice and Judy Munzie.

Burial in Culpeper National Cemetery.
