Theresa was born in Watseka IL Daughter of George John Nixon Jr and Ruby Mae Market. They were living at 124 Browne Street in the house owned by George's step Grandfather William Templin at this time. Her older siblings were Mary Lee, George John3 and Joy Lynn. Shortly after this the family moved to Danville IL. Siblings Dennis Joseph, Lori Ann and Marsha Sue were born there. She attended parochial school and graduated from Danville High. She met John Christian and they were married at Chanute AFB in Rantoul IL. Their children are Jason, Peter, Yvonne and Matthew. They made the military circuit including Germany and settled in Washington state.
