Cecil was the son of William Richard "Bill" and Lula A. Deaton Todd. He was an only child according to my records and is laid to rest next to his parents.
Cecil served many years in the US Air Corps. He married for the first time 17 Aug 1959, in Stevenson, Skamania, Washington, at age 50, to Martha C. Tilson, a widow. Martha was 10 years his senior and preceeded him in death. She is laid to rest next to her first husband. Cecil is my 1st cousin, 2X removed.
