Medora was the last child of John and Nancy Foster Buckner. Her father entered the Civil War and died shortly thereafter. She married William Henry Barnett February 1, 1887 in Fayette County, Alabama. They joined the majority of her family in moving to Wise County, Texas. She and her son, Lee, are buried in the cemetery where her brother and some half-brothers and half-sister are buried. There is no headstone where her grave is located but I took a photo of that portion of the cemetery, which is right along the road just up from the cemetery office.
