She was the daughter of Robert and Mary (Stelzer) Woolard. She married Dee Williams in 1925, her preceded her in death in 1954. Also preceding her in death was one son, Garland Williams, and three brothers, Jake, Clarence, and Bill Woolard, and one sister, Esther Bowman.

She is survived by one son, Bob Williams.
